It's a correct decision to contact Wayne for inspecting my house. My house is a bit old and there are some defects. Before having the house repaired, I want to have the house assessed by an independent house inspector and ask for advice on repairs. Wayne came on time on last Friday morning. Once he arrived, he asked what I concerned carefully, and then carried out the inspection. Wayne checked every corner of my house, answered any question I asked, I was impressed by his professional knowledge, profound experience and kindly manner. I engaged Wayne (third time now) to inspect multiple properties I was interested in. The process was seamless, spoke to him - he was great in understanding my requirements. In the past I have only ever needed a property inspection when purchasing a property. In this instance, we needed a third party to look over a house that we rented that was in urgent need of repair, and a landlord who would not fix it. Wayne did an honest and unbiased property report including getting up on the roof and pinpointing the areas causing the internal damage with lots of photos. He also identified where the mould was that was making me so sick. With this evidence in hand, we had the confidence to break the lease and find somewhere safe to live. We also paid Wayne to be at our outgoing inspection as a witness and to point out the damage caused by landlord negligence rather than the landlord trying to blame us. Within an hour of putting in my request Wayne had contacted the real estate agent and booked in a time to do the pest and building inspection. Wayne provided me a detailed Building, Pest and Electrical Report. He was available and proactively followed up with us when he couldn't reach the agent to kick off the inspection. The report was delivered to us the day the inspection was made. I've tried other services and although they were cheaper did not provide the level of detail Wayne provided. If you are going to buy a home, it's important not to skimp on something like this and do your own due diligence as you don't want to be surprised by costs to fix a lemon. I had two properties inspections done with wayne. first of all, Wayne worked hard and gave me report only within half a day, Second, he gave me advise of how to fix it after every single problem, he wrote it down and took pictures for me, let me know where those problems are and what I need to do. Third, his report are well organized ,let people easy to read ,this is good, some people even spell wrong words, make me feel unprofessional .
